This article will show you how to change your password for your RiskProof account.
This article is only relevant if you already know your current password. If you have forgotten your password, click here for guidance on how to reset it.
Once signed in to RiskProof, click your Account name in the top right-hand corner, then click My account.
Click Change Password.
Complete the Current password and New password fields and when ready, click Save.
You will see a message at the top of the page to confirm your password has been changed. If you don’t see this message, you haven’t met the minimum requirements.
Please note the minimum requirements for passwords are:

At least 8 characters

A mixture of upper and lower case letters with at least one capital letter

At least one number
