This article will guide you on how to reset your password for the RiskProof system.
Go to app.riskproof.com.
On the sign in page, underneath the Username and Password fields, click the link How do I reset my password?.
Enter the email address that you use to sign in to your account and click Request password reset.
You will receive an email with a password reset link from noreply@riskproof.com. Please note these emails are occasionally filtered into junk/spam.
This link will expire after two hours. After this time, you will need to follow the above steps again to receive a new link.
Click the link in the email and complete the fields to confirm your new password.
- At least 8 characters
- A mixture of upper and lower case letters with at least one capital letter
- At least one number
Once changed, click update password.
You will receive a message to say that this has now been updated and you will then be able to click back to sign in to sign in using your new password.
