Why can't I reopen a closed checklist on RiskProof?

Once a checklist has been completed, or closed, we are unable to reopen this.

Checklist completion windows are limited to certain periods to ensure these are completed at the correct time.

For this reason you cannot edit or change a checklist outside of its completion window. However, if these completion windows are not providing enough time you can contact your administrator regarding changing this.
