Within the Registry module there are five reports you can utilise to keep track of items that need updating or are due to go out of date.
To access the reports, sign in to RiskProof.
Click the Registry module in the left-hand navigation.
Click the Reports tab.
You can then choose to view five different report types from the dropdown menu:
- Item Schedule - This report can be filtered by division and a specific item must be selected. It shows the last date a specific item was completed and when it is next due, for all of the sites selected.
- Item Summary - This report can be filtered by division. It shows all items within each site that are either due within a month, or are out of date.
- Registry item analysis by item - This report can be filtered by division. It shows a breakdown of all the items, the number of sites they are in date, the percentage of sites they are in date and how many sites they are expired on. You can also click on the Expired locations link to see the list of locations that this item is expired.
- Registry item analysis by location - This report can be filtered by division. It shows a breakdown of each location, the number of registry items in date, the percentage of registry items in date and the number expired. You can also click on the Expired items link to see the list of items that have expired at that location
- Current registry status - This report can be filtered by division. It shows a breakdown of each location, the registry status and percentage of items in date for each location.
