Within the Fire Module there are a number of reports that can help you to easily identify areas of improvement, trends and open action points
To access the reports, sign in to RiskProof.
Click the Fire module in the left-hand navigation.
Click the Reports tab.
You can then choose to view three different report types from the dropdown menu:
- Open action points - You can filter this report by audit round. The report shows the location, date, priority, section, compliance point, sub point and auditor comment for any open action points from the audit round. This is an easy way to establish any open action points that need to be closed off.
- Top ten non conformances - This report can be filtered by audit round and division - the audit round must be selected to allow you to run the report. It shows the top ten non conformance descriptions and the number of times they occur in the audit round. This is a good way of being able to identify the biggest area of improvement across all sites or a specific division.
- Top ten intolerable and substantial non conformances - This report can be filtered by audit round and division - the audit round must be selected to allow you to run the report. It shows the top ten intolerable and substantial non conformance descriptions and the number of times they occur in the audit round. This is a good way of being able to identify the biggest area of improvement across all sites or a specific division.
