      What is non conformance risk rating?

      If you have had some non conformances flagged up on your recent audit, the table below will explain the score rating for you and the timescale for completion.

      Score rating Description Timescale for completion
      Low Minor Contravention or infringement of legal requirements and/or industry standards and/or company policy and/or insurance requirements. 180 days
      Medium Contravention of legal requirements and/or industry standards and/or company policy and/or insurance requirements. 90 days
      High Enforcement action - this score has been deducted as a visit by an enforcing officer and could result in service of an improvement notice. 7 days
      Critical Enforcement action - this has been deducted as there is an issue identified that could result in prosecution or may been deemed to be an imminent risk. 2 days
