What does the 'Overdue' label alongside a Registry item mean?

All Registry items that have been assigned to a location will appear as Overdue until it has been updated.

Once the item has been updated with the relevant document/certificate, the Due and Completed columns will show the relevant dates and the overdue label will disappear.
