Note – The current status is calculated based on the completion rate of checklists due in the last 30 days from today and the number of overdue defects. Please see the thresholds below:

    • Green: 95% or more checklists logged in the last 30 days OR 2 or less overdue defects
    • Amber: 90-94% checklists logged in the last 30 days OR 5 or less overdue defects
    • Red: Less than 90% checklists logged in the last 30 days OR over 5 overdue defects
  • Status History: Each bar is divided into the 3 RAG status colors, with a percentage being shown in each section which indicates the percentage of locations within that status. This chart is over the last 12 months and provides a clear picture of how the selected locations have been performing over that time period.

What’s Next?

Currently in development is the ‘Performance’ report which will allow you to gain deeper insights into how your locations are performing across checklists and highlight key factors to help work towards improvement.

We will then be updating your” Defect” reporting experience by streamlining it for better tracking of defect resolution progress. These updates aim to provide a clearer view of defect trends and will assist you in driving faster resolution cycles.
