This article will show you how to locate Helpline cases that have been closed on the RiskProof system.
Sign in to RiskProof.
Click the Helpline module in the left-hand navigation.
Click the My cases tab.
The View active cases box will automatically be selected, however you will need to make sure the Search within cases option is selected instead.
Here you will see some search fields where you can narrow down the search criteria with specific information if necessary.
Untick the open cases only box and then click the Search cases button.
This will pull up any cases that are no longer open, as well as those that are open. You can see the status of case on the right hand side and you can select these and review any information inside the case.
