If you have created a Risk Assessment and did not already assign it to locations during creation, this guide will show you how to do so.
Sign in to RiskProof.
Click the Risk Assessment module in the left-hand navigation.
Click the Manage tab.
Find the item either by scrolling through the list or using the search function.
Once you have found the relevant Risk Assessment, click the ellipses on the right-hand side of the item then click Assignment.
Here you can either start typing the locations in the field or click Show List and select the location/s that require the Risk Assessment. Once done, click Assign selected.
Once you have assigned the Risk Assessment, it needs to be Adopted at site level. Read our How do I adopt a Risk Assessment? article to learn how to do this.
