If you have multiple locations or divisions within your company, you may wish to see these. This article will show you how to do this.
You will only be able to see the locations that your account is assigned to. It is typically only users with the Administrator user role who will have visibility of all locations and divisions.
To view a division and/or location, sign in to RiskProof.
Once on the Dashboard, click the link Show List which is located alongside the search box.
Here you will see a full list of all divisions and sites that are currently set up. You can select any of these to see data for that specific division or location.
Divisions will always be listed first and will be multiple locations grouped together according to the setup of your company. If you cannot see any divisions here, this will be because of either your permissions or company structure.
This also applies to the Audits, Fire, Monitoring, Registry, Training and Risk Assessment modules - however, here you can only view by location as divisions are not included within this selection.
On Dashboard you can select multiple locations at once. You can click on the x if you wish to remove any that have been selected. However, on the other modules you can only select one location at a time.
