How do I track user activity on RiskProof?

You may wish to see when a user last signed in to RiskProof. This article will show you how you can view the user activity report, showing you the user's first name, surname, email address, division, location, and access level.

Please note, you may not have access to view the activity report as this will depend on your user permissions. Please contact an Administrator if you wish to have this access.

The user activity report only shows complete data from RiskProof web browser log ins. If you see "N/A" within the report the user may have logged in via the app.

To track user activity, sign in to RiskProof.

Click Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.

In the Overall status section, click the View user activity link.

This opens the User activity report which shows a list of all users with their account details - Division, Location, Username, First name, Surname, and Access level - along with the date and time that they Last logged in to RiskProof.

If you wish to download this report, click the Download button on the top right of the screen.

A downloaded UserActivity.xlsx excel file will be at the bottom of your screen.
