      How do I Reset a CPL Course?

      Please ask the learner to save and exit the course, this should then trigger the reset procedure to run automatically and reset the course.

       

       

       

       

       

       

      If this does not work or you are unable to do this, please contact our Customer Services Team with the learner's name and they will be able to reset the course for you.
