How do I reopen a Helpline case?

You may need to reopen a Helpline case to add some further information or if it was closed in error. This article will show you how to do this.

Sign in to RiskProof.

Click the Helpline module in the left-hand navigation.

Click the My cases tab. 

Remember that you will need to untick Open cases only to find the case you want to reopen

Once you have located the case, click on the Reference number to open it.

Click Reopen this case

This case will now appear on the list of active cases again.
