How do I log training?
You may want to log training for an employee, this article will show you step by step how to do so.
Sign in to RiskProof.
Click the Training module in the left-hand navigation.
Click the Log tab.
If you cannot see the Log tab, this is likely due to your permissions and you will need to speak with an Administrator.
Make sure the appropriate fields are completed such as Training Course, Training Date, Location, and Training Plan.
Click List to bring up a list of employees, select the employee you would like to log training for, and click Add.
You can add multiple colleagues' training at once by pressing CTRL whilst clicking on their name. This is useful when all colleagues have attended a Training session and share one certificate or log
You then have the option to click I have a paper certificate or I do not have a paper certificate radio buttons.
If you have a paper certificate you will need to upload an image of this via the Upload file button.
Remember to click Log session details to save.
