How do I change a user's user role?

This article will show you how to change a user's role within RiskProof.

Please note, it is typically only Administrators who have permission to change a user's user role.

To change a user's user role, sign in to RiskProof.

Click Settings at the top right of the page and then click Users.

You now have the option to search for a user or scroll down to view all enabled users.

Once you have found the user who requires amending, click the ellipses to the right of their name, then click Edit.

Here you can Edit user.

You can edit Forename, Surname, Email address, and User role.

Use the User role dropdown menu to select the appropriate user role.

Once selected click Save and this user role will now be edited.
