How do I edit a Helpline case?

Once you have opened a Helpline case, you may need to amend some details provided. This article will show you how to edit an open Helpline case.

Sign in to RiskProof.

Click the Helpline module in the left-hand navigation.

Click the My cases tab. 

You can search via the full list or click Search within cases to narrow down your search.

Once you have located the case, click on the Reference number to open it.

To the right hand side of the section headings, there are buttons that allow you to Edit general details, Add action, Add note, or Upload attachment.

Click the button to edit, add or upload.

 

To change the location of a case, click Edit details under the General details section. Scroll down to the Location section, and you have the option to Clear the location. After you click Clear on the current location, use the dropdown to select the correct location.
