How do I disable a user?
You may want to disable a user on RiskProof if they have left the business. This article will show you step by step how to do so.
Please note, it is typically only Administrators who have permission to disable users.
To disable a user, sign in to RiskProof.
Click Settings at the top right of the page and then click Users.
You now have the option to search for a user or scroll down to view all enabled users.
Once you have found the user who requires amending, click the ellipses to the right of their name, then click Disable.
After disabling the account you will see Account for [user] has been disabled appear at the top of the screen.
