We only recommended deleting a Helpline case if it has been added in error and will not be needed in the future. If closing a case is a more suitable option, you can find out how to do this by reading our How do I close a Helpline case? article. If you cannot see this, please speak to an Administrator as it is likely that you do not have permissions set up to perform this function.
Sign in to RiskProof.
Click the Helpline module in the left-hand navigation.
Locate the case that you wish to delete. You can search via the full list or click Search within cases to narrow down your search.
Once you have located the case, click on the Reference number to open it.
Select Delete this case in the top right-hand side
You will see a pop-up message asking you Are you sure you want to delete the case?, click OK.
