How do I complete a checklist on the app?
You may have purchased a package which includes the use of our RiskProof App. This article will show you step by step how to complete checklists within the app.
Our RiskProof app supports our Monitoring module which means the app is solely used to complete checklists.
Firstly you will need to log into the RiskProof app. If you do not have a RiskProof log in or are unable to access the app please contact customer services here.
Once logged in you will need to select the site you wish to complete the checklist for.
The checklists due to open on todays date will show up on screen. You will then need to select which checklist you would like to complete.
Once you have filled in the appropriate fields, select "mark as complete". If the checklist has been marked as complete with no defects raised a green banner will appear across the top of the screen to confirm the checklist has been completed and closed. You can then move on and complete more checklists if you wish.

Please note: If you complete a percentage of a checklist and log out of the app, the app will not save this as a draft and all data will be lost.
