How do I appeal an Audit?
If you have had an Audit performed recently and you do not agree with the score, or a particular point, you are able to appeal this.
The appeal will not be handled by the person who conducted the audit; therefore you should not contact them directly to raise an appeal.
All appeals must be approved by your manager first and your manager can then submit the form for review. To make an appeal, please complete the appeal form which is available by clicking here.
If your appeal is considered appropriate, your audit report will be amended which may affect your score, band rating or action point report.
Please note that appeals must be made within 14 days from the receipt of your audit. Appeals made beyond 14 days will be rejected.
