How do I amend user details and access?

This article will show you how to amend a user's forename, surname, email address, user role and accessible locations.

Please note: It is normally only Administrator user roles who have permission to amend a users details and access.

To amend user details and access, sign in to RiskProof.

Click Settings at the top right of the page and then click Users.

You now have the option to search for a user or scroll down to view all enabled users.

Once you have found the user that requires amending, click the ellipses to the right of their name, then click Edit.

Here you can Edit user.

You can edit Forename, Surname, Email address, and User role.

Click Save once you have made the required changes. 

After editing the user you will see [user] has been updated appear at the top of the screen.

Please allow up to 15 minutes for location changes to take effect.
