How can I change an assignment?
Your location may be having refurbishment, opening hours be changing or you just need to amend the assignment once it's already been created.
Sign in to RiskProof.
Click the Monitoring module in the left-hand navigation.
Click the Manage checklists tab.
Then click the [checklist] which you wish to amend the scheduling for.
If you scroll to the bottom of the checklist, to the Assign & schedule section, you need to find the assignment which applies to the location you want to amend, click the ellipses, and then click Edit. Here you will be able to amend the days and times the checklist is open.
Once you have made the amendments required you need to click Save assign & schedule and then Save checklist
