Export Checklists

We are delighted to announce that we have an upcoming release in our Monitoring module, allowing users to export checklist data from the system.

This will enable you to download any checklist for a single location for the case of inspections or claims defensibility cases.

This export functionality is available for anyone who manages checklists.

How do I export a checklist?

  1. Navigate to the Monitoring module and click on the “Export” tab highlighted in green in the picture below.

  2. Select a checklist from the dropdown menu.

  3. Choose a location-then click done.

This is limited to 1 location for the initial release – (you will have the ability to choose more than one location in the future).

4. Choose a date range and a completion status.

For the current release you will be able to pick a rolling month going back historically as far as when you  began the checklist, for example 02/02/22 - 02/03/22.

  • This will NOT work for any archived checklists as they are archived.
  • If you click on “ALL” receive an export of both Completed, Draft and Missed checklists.

5. Once you have chosen your location you wish to see for the export, Click on “Export CSV data” button,  highlighted in green. This will download the csv file to your machine.
