We continue with our series of refreshing our reports to give you "at a glance" beneficial reporting without the the need to dig around to find what you need to aid you in your business-Due to be released March/April 2025
Overview report:
The Report provides a clear overview of how locations are managing their registry items. The registry items are documents/ records that require tracking, renewal to be in line with your business compliance standards. This report highlights areas that need attention, helping you quickly identify and address potential issues.
Page Level Filtering
Location Filter
The Location filter allows you customise and refine the data displayed based on your locations chosen, which are grouped by their respective divisions. You can filter the data by:
- Single location,
- Multiple locations
- Divisions.
For added control, the filter includes 'Select All' and 'Clear All' options.
Once you apply the filter, the page’s charts, graphs, and data will update instantly to reflect your selections.
Category Filter
The Category filter helps you narrow down the information by choosing one or more categories to display the information you wish to display. By applying one or multiple filters will adjust all the displayed information to match your selections.
Current Status card
This chart gives you a snapshot of the Current Status for the selected location and categories. When you change the page level filter, the chart quickly adapts to display data based on the new selection you have made. Locations that have not had a registry item will not have a score to display.
Item overview
This graph is designed to help you stay on top of your registry items by giving you a clear overview of their status immediately. You can track which items are In date, almost due or expired, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- In-date: Registry items that are currently valid and have not yet reached their renewal date.
- Almost due: Registry items that are approaching their scheduled renewal date, with expiry occurring within the next 30 days.
- Expired: Registry items that have passed their scheduled renewal date and are no longer valid.

Status by location
The donut chart helps you quickly assess how well each location is managing registry items. This KPI card highlights locations that may require attention.
Locations are categorised into three status levels based on the percentage of in-date registry items:
- Red: Less than 60% of registry items are in date at the location.
- Amber: Between 60% and 79% of registry items are in date at the location.
- Green: 80% or more registry items are in date at the location.
Expired items:
Quickly identify the areas that need attention with this card. The information displayed is the top five categories with the highest number of expired registry items, displayed in descending order.
This enables you to take action and rectify the expired items.
Almost due items
Stay ahead of upcoming renewals with this card. This feature highlights the top five categories with the highest number of registry items nearing their renewal date.
Almost due items are the registry items that are set to expire within the next 30 days and require renewal soon. Use this insight to ensure that you do not miss an item's renewal date.
Location Overview
This table allows you to efficiently assess the status of registry items across various locations. It displays the percentage of in-date items for each location, with traffic light indicators to highlight areas requiring attention.
- Red: Less than 60% of registry items are in date at the location.
- Amber: Between 60% and 79% of registry items are in date at the location.
- Green: 80% or more registry items are in date at the location.

Please be advised that once the new reports are available the old style of classic reports will no longer be available as all the information you need will be reflected within our new reports and more. The reports that will be retired are listed below:
