Can I bulk update a Registry item?

You may have a report or certificate that covers the same Registry item for more than one location. This article will show you how to bulk update this so that you do not need to upload each location one at a time.

Click the Registry module in the left-hand navigation.

Click the Bulk update item tab.

If you cannot see Bulk update item tab, this is likely due to your permissions and you will need to speak with an Administrator.

Use the dropdown to select the Registry item that you would like to bulk update.

Under Locations, you can begin to type the location in the box or use Select All to add all locations. From here, you can then remove any that are not relevant by selecting the 'x' alongside the location.

Input the Date renewed/work completed and click the Upload file link to attach the certificate/report.

Once you click the Update registry item button, the Registry item will update on all locations selected.
