Audit ‘Status’ Report

We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to the reporting functions of the Audit Module, aimed at providing our users with a more insightful and visually engaging experience.

Overview

The ‘Status’ report page is the latest release and now default landing page within the new reports (Report-Beta) tab of Audit Module.

We have designed this new report page to give you an "at a glance" overview of your performance and actions that contribute towards your current location status.   

Status Page Breakdown 

Location Filter

By default, upon accessing the page, the Report-Beta ‘Status’ page displays a data report based on your accessible locations grouped by their Divisions.

The Location Selector search filter ensures effortless customisation and modification. You will benefit from added control through the introduction of 'Select All' and 'Clear All' features. With a single click on the 'Filter' button, the page’s charts, graphs, and data instantly update based on the current selection. 

Primary KPI Chart

This chart gives you a snapshot of the Current average Audit Score and Status for the selected location(s). When you tweak the Locations filter, the chart quickly adapts to show data based on the new selection. Locations that have not had an audit conducted and published will not have a score to display. 

Status History (Column Chart)

Represents a 12-month historic view of locations percentage breakdown by RAG status (Red, Amber, Green). Changes in the size of each segment or series over time can highlight a shift or emerging trends making it easy to focus on areas requiring attention. 

Status by Locations (Donut Chart)

Status by Locations” donut chart provide a clear visual breakdown of current location statuses. This chart displays the percentage of locations categorized by their status: red, amber, or green. Each segment of the donut chart is color-coded to represent these statuses, with the legend indicating the status names and the count of locations.

Most and Least Improved (Leaderboard)

The Most Improved leaderboard highlights the locations that have made the most significant improvements in their scores by closing actions from their last audit.

Conversely, the Least Improved leaderboard identifies locations that need to focus on closing more actions to enhance their scores from the previous audit. These leaderboards aim to motivate continuous improvement and provide clear insights into performance.

Tabular Data Grid

The tabular data grid showcases the locations "Current Status" in comparison to the scoreband and score achieved from the last Audit making it easy to view improvements.

The breakdown of actions from last audit are also displayed, allowing you to understand state of actions contributing to their current score and status. Overdue actions from most recent audit are highlighted in red ensuring attention is drawn towards actions that are still open past their due date.

The grid comes equipped with column header filters and sorting options, ensuring you can customize the display according to your preferences. For added convenience, a ‘Reset Filters’ button is available, allowing ability to return to the default view. Interact with the grid by dragging rows and columns for a closer data analysis.

Download and Export

The addition of the 'Download PDF' button gives the ability for you to capture a comprehensive snapshot of the current page, including charts and graphs. By simply clicking this option, you can generate a PDF file, ready for sharing, further analysis or archival. This is designed to eliminate the need for manual creation of charts based on information available in Riskproof saving time. 

Whether you're diving into deeper insights or sharing information across teams, ‘Export Data' button, will export the data currently displayed in the tabular data grid and receive the output of your report in a convenient CSV file format allowing for further analysis and offering flexibility with ease of use.

Impact

In this release, the accessibility to existing ‘Current audit status’ report will be discontinued and removed from the list of reports, as we transition to the new report format.
