Why can't I view a Policy that I have uploaded?

You may have uploaded a Policy to RiskProof and cannot view it. This article will explain why and how to view it

When a policy is uploaded to the Policy module it needs to be assigned to a Site to view it. You may have permission to upload a Policy however, this will not be viewable until assigned to a location.

Please note, it is typically Administrators who have the permission to assign policies to a division or location.

To assign a policy to a location, sign in to RiskProof.

Click the Policy module in the left-hand navigation.

Click the View tab. 

Locate the document you wish to assign, click the ellipsis and then click Edit.

Towards the bottom of the page you will see This Policy is assigned to X locations (view/edit). Click the view/edit link and either start typing a division or location or click the Show all link to locate the division or location.

Once selected the appropriate division or location you will need to click Assign and then click Save.
