Why can I not upload a photo using the app?

There are a few settings on iOS devices that need to be turned on to allow the RiskProof app to be able to access photos.

 

  1. Settings > Privacy and Security > Camera > RiskProof: Turn on

    camera
  2. Settings > Privacy and Security > Photos > RiskProof: All photos

    photos
  3. Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos > Allow Changes

    content privacy
  4. Settings > Camera > Formats > Most Compatible

    most compatible
