Why can I not upload a photo using the app?
There are a few settings on iOS devices that need to be turned on to allow the RiskProof app to be able to access photos.
- Settings > Privacy and Security > Camera > RiskProof: Turn on
- Settings > Privacy and Security > Photos > RiskProof: All photos
- Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos > Allow Changes
- Settings > Camera > Formats > Most Compatible
