New style Helpline reports

We’re pleased to announce the release of our new style Helpline reports, which will replace the classic reporting experience across the system. These reports are designed to provide richer visual insights, enhanced filtering, and streamlined user experiences - enabling you to make faster, data-driven decisions.

Transition Plan


The new style reports will be available in phases in beta to all users. The classic reports will be phased out over time. We recommend transitioning to the new reports as soon as possible to take advantage of the enhanced functionality.
