- Open Riskproof
- Navigate to the Audit Module
- Click on the ‘View Audits’ tab
- Select a certified Safe to Trade Audit
Click on the ‘Download Safe To Trade Report PDF’ button (see image below)
- The Safe to Trade certified Food report will be generated for you to download
What is Safe to Trade?
Safe to Trade the consumer safety standard, designed to help people choose hospitality venues they can trust. Recognised under a Primary Authority Inspection Plan, it provides credible assurance for consumers, confidence for operators and greater consistency for regulators, while remaining fully independent in its governance and purpose.
