Here are a number of steps for how to clear your cache.
Google Chrome (Option 1)
- Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner).
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Set the Time Range to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear Data.
Google Chrome (Shortcut Option 1)
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard
- Set the Time Range to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear Data.
Google Chrome (Option 2)
- Right-click anywhere on the screen.
- Select Inspect.
- Right-click on the refresh arrow alongside the URL search bar.
- Select Empty cache and hard reload.
- Select Reload on the pop-up box.
Edge
- Click on the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner.
- Click Settings > Privacy, search and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Set the Time Range to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
