How do I clear my cache?

If you encounter any system issues, our first troubleshooting step would be to clear your cache. This article will guide you through how to do this.

Here are a number of steps for how to clear your cache.  
Google Chrome (Option 1)
  • Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner).
  • Click Clear browsing data.
  • Set the Time Range to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  • Click Clear Data.

Google Chrome (Shortcut Option 1)

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard
  • Set the Time Range to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  • Click Clear Data.

Google Chrome (Option 2)

  • Right-click anywhere on the screen.
  • Select Inspect.
  • Right-click on the refresh arrow alongside the URL search bar.
  • Select Empty cache and hard reload.
  • Select Reload on the pop-up box.
Edge
  • Click on the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner.
  • Click Settings > Privacy, search and services.
  • Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  • Set the Time Range to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  • Click Clear now.
