You may have answered a question on a checklist on the RiskProof app and your answer has toggled a defect. This article will show you how to action this defect.
If a checklist you are completing has a defect toggled for a specific answer you will need to action this before the checklist can be closed.
When the answer you have given triggers a defect the below screen will pop up which requires you to give a reason for your answer and the option to attach a photo. Once you have entered in the appropriate fields you will need to click on the tick in the top right hand corner.
Once you have clicked on the tick, the below screen will appear which allows you to view details of the defect you are actioning. The spanner symbol means that a defect has been raised. You will need to click "mark as complete" once you are satisfied with your answers and ready to close the checklist.
After clicking "mark as complete" the checklist will close and a green banner will appear at the top of your screen to confirm that the checklist has been completed and closed.
