We are delighted to announce that we have released an enhancement to the Checklist Export feature within the Monitoring Module.
This enhancement will enable you to export any checklist for multiple locations for the case of inspections or claims defensibility cases. This export functionality is available for anyone who manages checklists.
How do I export a checklist?
- Navigate to the Monitoring module and click on the “Export” tab highlighted in green in the picture below.
- Choose a checklist from the dropdown menu.
- You can now choose multiple locations – Select the locations you desire and click done.
A maximum of 5 locations can be selected.
4. Choose a date range and a completion status.
- For the current release, you will be able to pick a rolling month going back historically as far as when you began the checklist, e.g. 02/02/22 - 02/03/22
- Any checklists that have been archived will not show on the export.
- If we set the completion status to "All", the export will show Completed, Draft and Missed checklists.
5. Once you have chosen your location(s) you wish to see for the export, Click on the green “Export CSV data” button to download the csv file.
