What’s new? RiskProof has been lacking in reporting functionality within the Risk Assessment module, so to remedy this we are now releasing Risk Assessment Reports

 Whether you are reviewing overdue risk assessments or spotting locations who have not yet adopted key risk assessments, the new reports are designed to give you that first glance and more detailed information to support you in managing and acting upon your risk 

 

Page Filtering

Filter your view by location using the Locations dropdown. The default view shows all locations. You can use this filter to refine the data by:

Single location

Multiple locations,

Divisions

Once you apply the filter, the page’s charts, graphs, and data will update instantaneously to reflect your selections.

For added control, the filter includes ‘Select All’ and ‘Clear All’ functions

Adoption Rate

This tile gives you a snapshot of the overall percentage of risk assessments adopted across selected locations. When you change the page level filter, the chart quickly adapts to display data based on the new selection you have made. 

Not Yet Adopted

This tile identifies locations that haven’t yet adopted specific risk assessments. There is a sorting toggle at top-right corner of this chart that enables you to sort it in ascending OR descending Order. This is colour-coded by risk level:

High Risk

Medium Risk

Low Risk

Acceptable Risk

Overdue Renewals

This tile focuses on the assessments that have expired and now require renewal. Colour coded by risk level, which helps you prioritise the most critical issues first. There is a sorting toggle at top-right corner of this chart that enables you to sort it in ascending OR descending Order.

High Risk

Medium Risk

Low Risk

Acceptable Risk

Adoption by Location

This tile shows the top 5 locations that have adopted the most risk assessments. By default, the location at the top has the highest adoption rate. This helps highlight high performers. A sorting toggle enables you to switch between the top 5 and the bottom 5 locations.

Adoption Progress

The Adoption Progress tile provides you with a quick visual summary breakdown of risk assessment statuses across your locations. It helps track progress, highlight delays, and identify where action is required. The chart compares Adopted, Unadopted and Not Yet Adopted Risk Assessments allowing better monitoring of compliance across locations:

  • Adopted – Risk assessments that are currently in date and have been formally reviewed.
  • Not Yet Adopted – Risk assessments that have been assigned to locations but are still awaiting initial review.
  • Overdue Renewals – Risk assessments that are no longer in date and have not been reviewed in over 12 months.

Data Grids

Assessment Overview

This data table gives you a detailed view of individual risk assessments, including their status, risk rating, source, and key dates such as adoption and renewal. The filtering and sorting options within the table enable you to focus on specific Risk Assessments by location, risk type, or adoption progress—without impacting the charts in the rest of the report. Colour-coded status and risk rating badges help you quickly identify overdue, unadopted, or high-risk items, allowing for faster action and improved risk oversight across your locations 

To reset to the default view within the table simply click the ‘Reset Filters’ button and this will take you back to where you were in the table before applying table level filters, it will not remove the page filters at the top

 

Locations Overview

The Locations Overview data table provides you with a summary into adoption rates, overdue renewals, and unadopted assessments across locations. The table’s filtering and sorting capabilities allow you to focus on the data that matters most without affecting the charts above the report. Colour-coded number badges within the table highlight key risk areas making it easier to identify and prioritise locations requiring immediate attention.

 

To reset to the default view within the table simply click the ‘Reset Filters’ button and this will take you back to where you were in the table before applying table level filters, it will not remove the page filters at the top
