We are delighted to announce that we are improving our Helpline “Add a case” page to expand how much information you can now record within the Helpline “Add a Case “ page. Alongside this, we’re launching a refreshed user interface
How it Benefits You:
- Clearer Case Categorisation: Case types are now grouped more logically, making it easier and quicker to locate them.
- Data Quality – Grouping case types more effectively will improve and provide more accurate reporting and insights.
- Reporting Groundwork - To lay the foundations for the new suite of reports in Helpline to improve reporting and clearly highlight trends associated with specific case types
- A Better Experience – The new UI is cleaner, more modern, and designed to help you get things done more efficiently.
