COMING SOON - Helpline – New Case Categories

We are delighted to announce that we are improving our Helpline “Add a case” page to expand how much information you can now record within the Helpline “Add a Case “ page. Alongside this, we’re launching a refreshed user interface

How it Benefits You:

  • Clearer Case Categorisation: Case types are now grouped more logically, making it easier and quicker to locate them.
  • Data Quality – Grouping case types more effectively will improve and provide more accurate reporting and insights.
  • Reporting Groundwork - To lay the foundations for the new suite of reports in Helpline to improve reporting and clearly highlight trends associated with specific case types
  • A Better Experience – The new UI is cleaner, more modern, and designed to help you get things done more efficiently.

New Categories

Below are the new categories:

  • Health and Safety - This category encompasses cases related to the health and safety of colleagues, customers, and visitors, including reports of accidents or near misses.
  • Incident - As a newly introduced category, this section is designated for capturing records of other undesired events such as alcohol licensing issues, pest concerns, utility failures, security incidents, or data protection matters.
  • Food Safety - This existing category contains case types associated with food safety, including food poisoning allegations, foreign object incidents, and allergen-related cases.
  • Visit - A new category designed to record regulatory inspections or enforcement officer visits under the regulatory inspection/contact case type.
  • Safety Query - Intended for customers utilising our Advice case type to consult with our experienced Environmental Health Practitioners (EHPs) regarding Food, Fire, or Health and Safety matters.
  • Maintenance - For customers with a maintenance case type, this new category allows for the logging and tracking of faults or maintenance issues requiring repair.
