      Reports-Beta ‘Scores’: Bringing visualisations to Audit module reporting.

      We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to the reporting functions of the Audit Module, aimed at providing our users with a more insightful and visually engaging experience.

      Why the change?

      As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the reporting capabilities within RiskProof, we are actively addressing valuable customer feedback. Through this process, we've identified opportunities to improve our current report offerings.

      While these reports have served us well, our commitment to continuous improvement recognises the importance of quick access to relevant data. This change aims to ensure that our reports empower users to effectively strengthen their health and safety compliance.

      What have we done?

      Developed a new reporting structure within the Audit Module under the name Reports-Beta for audit scores. This first release has been designed as the foundation for RiskProof module reporting by bringing in:

      • Visual Elements: We have introduced charts and graphs to present data in a more visually appealing manner, allowing for quick interpretation of key metrics.
      • Interactive Filters: Users can now apply interactive filters and sort directly on the Scores page allowing for personalised data views and more focused insights tailored to their specific need.
      • KPI Badges: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are now highlighted through badges, making it easier for users to identify critical areas that require attention.
      • Downloads and Export Users can export the entire Scores page as a PDF, facilitating easy sharing and documentation of insights topped with the capabilities of exporting the data via CSV for further analysis.
      • Tabular Data Grid: Enjoy the flexibility to filter and sort data within tabular grids, facilitating a customised view of information and seamlessly switch between Overall Scores & Section Scores data to focus on specific aspects of the audit reports.

      How does this benefit you?

      • Time Savings: Users can now access comprehensive and visually enriched Audit ‘Scores’ report directly within RiskProof, saving time spent on creating custom board packs.

      • Enhanced Decision-Making: With improved insights and visual elements, users can make informed decisions swiftly, contributing to better health and safety compliance.

      • Quick access to relevant data: We’ve taken away the need for extensive analysis to understand performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with snapshots of data across the page.

      We believe these enhancements mark a significant step forward in meeting and exceeding modern standards and user expectations.

      Who can see this change?

      The ‘Report-Beta’ page can be accessed by any RiskProof user with the ‘View Audit Report’ permission assigned to their user role by:

      1. Logging on to RiskProof
      2. Selecting Audit Module from the Dashboard
      3. Click on ‘Report-Beta’ (last tab on the module navigation panel)

      Finally

      In this release, the accessibility to existing ‘Section scores by locations’ report will be discontinued and removed from the list of reports, marking the initial phase of transitioning to the new report format.
